Do I need a mortgage broker?

If your bridging loan is regulated, you will need to apply to Masthaven Finance via an FCA authorised broker.  You can find a broker using an internet search, yellow pages or personal recommendation (as examples), but always check with the FCA that your broker has the correct permissions.
