To obtain a paper copy of your statement you need to contact us on 0330 363 6666. Alternatively, you can log on to your Masthaven eBanking portal and send us a secure message.

To unlock your account you can click on the forgotten password link on the login page of the portal. We will then ask you for your Customer ID to identify you.
This will be used to send a password HINT email to your registered email address on our system.

When you send us a secure message through Masthaven online secure messaging portal we'll reply you within one business working day.

Once you’ve opened your email statement it’s no longer covered by Masthaven bank security, so please make sure your computer Anti-Virus software is up to date and that your computer is secure.
There is a maximum of 1000 characters for each secure message. If the secure message you send us through your Masthaven eBanking account is going to be longer than the maximum limit allowed, please tell us at the end of the first message that it will be continued in a second message. However, in order to avoid any possible confusion we recommend that you write the message within the 1000 character limit if possible.
